Paano na Kaya ....January 27, 2010

Merry Christmas everyone.........we have a lot of things to look forward to the new year with the 2nd solo movie of our beloved Kimerald, PAANO NA KAYA which will be shown January 27th.

Be sure to watch Paano na Kaya on the FIRST DAY of showing (in this case January 27) which is very important in determining the box office appeal of the movie. the second day & the weekend is also important but whatever date you choose, let's just make sure the movie will be a box office hit again for our Kimerald.

Second to look forward to is Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo....we can see Kimerald again nightly, yehey. My wish is this soap will really make me very very happy...NO love triangle for our Kimerald...More exposure/scenes for the Kimerald especially TOGETHER in every scene and NO more heartache for us viewers/fans like what TD did save for the wedding, first night & honeymoon of JR & Audrey which took me out of the hell of enduring the countless scenes of the fave of the moment in TD.

But my fervent wish for Christmas & New year is... I WISH KIMERALD WILL NOT be paired with others for the next 5 YEARS. But my Ultimate wish (and constant prayer) is...KASAL to each other in REAL life for Kim & Gerald. Kim Chiu ANDERSON... music to my ears :)

In Defense of Kim Chiu

Kim is foremost an actress who ventured for a time to singing with remarkable success. She may not sing like a nightingale but her voice will not break your eardrums. Its quite pleasant actually. Comparing her with a singer is laughable. Kim might not have filled an araneta coliseum but then again she hasn't held a concert or a show since she is an actress & not a singer so how can that be made a case of comparison? Although the Kimerald did made Araneta feel extreme Kilig during the Wowoweelympics. A planned move by Willie Revillame to duplicate what Gerald did the previous Saturday when Gerald privately gave Kim a bouquet of flowers expressing his missing Kim when she was gone for a few days shooting the Rejoice commercial. When the moment came, it turned out to be innocently sweet because Kim was chased by Gerald around the court. Kim did not know the plan & was reacting naturally...running away from the crowd's attention which made the crowd feel even more kilig. Thinking about it always makes me smile. Sweeeeettttnessss to the extreme. But I can offer an argument that in Kim's (& Gerald's for that matter) shows abroad...in the US, Canada & Italy so far...ALL & I mean ALL were well attended as can be seen via the fans' videos of the events. Sold out. Organizers didn't have to move to a smaller venue nor resort to bulk buying of concert tickets. And more shows abroad are being planned because fans cant get enough of the Kimerald. As how Martin Nievera stated in one of his & Gary V's show, US have become a Kimerald country when once it was a Martin-Pops country.

Kim is a very promising actress. She continues to amaze everyone with her inherent talent. She can stand her ground when pitted against veterans & multi-awarded actors & actresses as we witnessed in Tayong Dalawa. She is destined to be a great actress although you can be forgiven to doubt this claim whenever you see her during lulls in tapings. Co stars & staff will attest her pleasant attitude & good working relationship. Her movies were not super mega box office hits but she can proudly say in her movies, ALL the movie tickets are bought by the fans. Kim's movies with Gerald were neither flops but actually PROFIT MAKERS. The film outfits didn't spend much for the movies but got BIG BIG returns all the same from it & not BREAK-EVEN. Maybe that's because there was no bulk buying of tickets by the film outfits themselves. Plus nary an international screening, a fact which I am extremely puzzled.

Kim is a nice girl, so sweet. I can attest to that. You will be hard pressed hearing something bad about her attitude & personality from people who have encountered her or from people who have worked with her. Her charisma is undeniable that's why she is TRULY, I mean truly loved by all, fans & co-workers alike. Bubbly and smiling, one cant help but love her. Kim is a refreshing kind of young actress...no pretentions at all. Management need not engage expert PRs to promote her & make the public love her. Truly a rare catch for any beaus. Lucky Gerald indeed.

Kim is beautiful...no artificial enhancement there. Cameras just love her. If she were not an actress, she'll just be as successful as a model. Shes got a big IT GIRL stamped on her. She is so classy without appearing to be. Effortlessly classy, no press releases required. Like Kris Aquino, I just love the way Kim dresses. If I were 2 decades younger, I'll be a Kim Chiu wanna-be in a flash. Ive yet to see her in a fashion disaster.

Kim is thin, yes, but not anorexic thin like what some cruel & 'bayaran' press people & a rival's fans says, who enjoys flinging this malicious mud at lovable & innocent Kim. Some even go to the extreme of speculating she is suffering from tuberculosis. Really, these people are so ignorant & vicious. They enjoy nothing but bringing Kim down to uplift their idol & boss' star.

FYI, ask any health practitioner...they will tell you that an anorexic have wan & dry complexion, limp & lifeless hair, sickly & more than likely confined to bed most of the time because of tiredness. These symptoms alone can attest Kim is NOT suffering from anorexia. Go ahead, ask an authority on this.

To answer these allegations, just take a look at Kim. Even a glance will do. Kim has very nice skin...Ruffa G even said so & you can clearly see it for yourself. Her hair is very healthy. She works daily & rarely gets sick. If she has tuberculosis like some press & fans insinuate, then Gerald would more likely will contract this disease since he is Kim's constant...I mean constant of all constant companion. Even her co-stars will not be spared. So I say, whoever calls Kim an anorexic or has TB is one ignorant fellow, a pathetic person whose body is full of envy & whose mind has become twisted because Kim is beautiful, healthy, successful, extremely popular & well loved & most of all, Kim owns Gerald's heart.

Lame Reasons...

It just came to my attention recently that some reasons why some loveteams are being experimented via pairing them with others & im going to offer some arguments on why this

'strategy' should not be applied to the Kimerald.

a. Para di pagsawaan...

Im saying it again, Hello, 3 super hit teleseryes, 3 movies that made great in the tills, high rating projects & most notable of all, ABS is being flooded with emails asking for MORE Kimerald...tell me, does this apply to the Kimerald?

b. other managers suggest that their alaga be paired with a particular rising star JUST to see if it will work out...

Duh, my twit....'USERS'....if your star's career is still stagnant, huwag kayong mangdamay, please lang. Hanggang diyan na lang yan. Mabuti pang ilaglag mo na lang. Another kind is the PRIMADONAS...hello, get your own ka-loveteam, huwag mang agaw ng iba. Karma lang ang katapat mo diyan lalo na if yung press machinations ipinatutupad para manira ng karibal. To Star Magic, if it's working, don't fix it.

c. For Growth/preparation for future roles...

Here we go again, the ever gasgas reason. People, open your eyes & accept it already, Kim & Gerald even as Kimerald have grown in leaps beautifully. They achieved maturity inspite & despite being a loveteam. Truly deserving to get an achievement award. Dont make them grow up hastily or else Kim & Gerald will have exhausted everything & there will be none left for them to show. Sila lang ang kawawa.

If you've got a cash cow, will you willingly kill it? If you've got a gold bar in your hands, would you throw it away or exchange it for a STONE? If you've got a diamond necklace, would you replace it with a rope? I think some people in ABS would like to do these things with the Kimerald for reasons I can only conclude are devious & will benefit a primadona.

I mean, its so simple...everything is going swimmingly well with the Kimerald loveteam so there's NO PROBLEM whichever way you look at it. There's nothing broken, no dilemma to worry over...everything in the Kimerald is functioning like a well-oiled machine. The future of Kim & Gerald as Kimerald shines so brightly it blinds. So, WHY all these talk of pairing them with others?

Maybe someone dropped their brains on the way to the bank. Or maybe, I think this is the strongest posibility....... may lumandi.

I Wonder....

ABS-CBN/Star Magic/Star Cinema have successfully fooled some Kimeralds. I hope those Kimeralds will realize everything before it's too late. As for me, it will be the end of the road once Kimerald is paired with others.

Why do Star Magic people want to RUSH Kim & Gerald's maturity? Both are ONLY 19 and 20. At the rate their management want their careers to progress, by next year, all will be exhausted and there will be nothing left for Kim and Gerald to offer the public. Its like too much, too soon. Who losses in the end? But I already sensed the underlying reason for this move...that girlalu.

Why the need for separate or solo projects? Firstly, even inside the PBB house, people have fallen in love with the Kimerald. ABS just cashed in on the unexpected treasure in Kimerald. They fed our hunger for Kimerald until we are all hopelessly attached/addicted/obssessed with the tandem. Every Kimerald show or anything to do with the Kimerald, we faithfully supported. Short of giving up our personal lives just to help sustain the tandem that makes us so happy. Then, when everything is in fever pitch, ABS/Star Magic suddenly attempts to pull the plug on our primary source of extreme kilig and joy just BECAUSE a certain someone covets Gerald. HOW CRUEL. ABS-CBN/Star Magic/ Star Cinema doesn't deserve our patronage at all. They seem to be under the spell of that girlalu & wants to cater to her wishes instead of us the fans who patronizes them. What ingrates.

Yes, FINALLY, and I think this is because of the unexpected response to the 'killing' of the Audrey character, Star Cinema deemed to give us a Kimerald movie. And Im hoping the soap with Ms Kris Aquino will really happen. But what Im praying really, really hard is that the planned granting of the wish of that girlalu will be forever shelved/ stopped/NEVER HAPPEN because if they do push through it, I want Star Cinema/ABS-CBN/Star magic people to know that they have unknowingly destroyed the careers of Kim & Gerald...two innocents who did no wrong but bring people so much happiness. And they did it just because they want to grant the wish of a girlalu who is not even their own backyard talent.

I just wonder if these accepting Kimeralds will be able to gush how kilig the picture of Gerald with another girl & Kim with another guy doing those things Kimerald are doing now.

I wonder if they will line up to watch a movie where Gerald is paired with another girl & Kim with a guy that is not Gerald.

I wonder if they will shout 'kiss' during mallshows of Kim & her new tandem & Gerald with his.

I wonder if they will rave about the magazine covers & endorsements featuring Kim with her partner & Gerald with his new partner.

I wonder if they will talk about the lovescenes of Kim with yet another actor & Gerald with a starlet.

I wonder if they will relate kilig bts about Gerald with a different girl & Kim with a different guy.

I wonder if they will bombard ABS with emails asking for projects for Kim with a new guy & Gerald with another fresh face.

I wonder if they will find joy in seeing Kim & Gerald having a parade of leading men & leading ladies.

I wonder if they will not be concerned that Kim & Gerald are being ruthlessly used for the benefit of a padrino/padrina's pet/alaga?

I wonder if they will feel over-anticipation of a soap that stars Gerald with a new leading lady & Kim a new leading man?

I wonder if they are real Kimeralds, you know, lovers of the Kimerald tandem if they allow these things to happen.

I wonder if they will not feel guilty in contributing to the demise of the Kimerald loveteam & in effect the diminishing success of Kim & Gerald because they gave their go ahead to ABS to destroy the Kimerald?

I wonder if they will still be there after getting all these hurts.

I wonder if they will be able to match & sustain the kind of support the Kimerald loveteam now have.

I wonder if the Solid Kimeralds will be able to turn the tide & prevent the destruction of the loveteam that we have loved so much & fought for for more than 3 years now.

I wonder....

During Tayong Dalawa's farewell party, Kim & Gerald somehow confirmed that Gerald's pairing with the girlalu will happen. Call me whimsically foolish but heavy rains drenched Luzon and by saturday, during E Live, when the Kimeralds watched that enterview, floods started to happen. Coincedence maybe or was heaven also was feeling the hurt the Kimeralds felt upon hearing it and shed tears along with the Kimeralds?

I wonder....maybe Mother Nature herself is a Kimerald fan.

Would you DARE?

How dare you...would you really want to break up this lovely couple? Would you really want to see them paired with other people? Would you really want to destroy something this beautiful?

For the past months...no, actually, sometime in February or March of this year, a storm came brewing in the beautiful Kimerald horizon. This storm means to destroy the much loved tandem that is Kimerald. As storms go, this is also a she. Seemingly fueled by lust for Gerald and envy for Kim, she cunningly used her 'innocent' image, aided by her management who seems to be gaining power at the expense of ABS-CBN and shamelessly used the media as her shield, to get what she secretly wanted...Gerald Anderson.

One has to wonder why a popular, much loved, profitable and successful tandem and such nice kids like the Kimerald, will be willingly halted, if not, destroyed by their own management. Ive racked my brains of reasons...and these have been brought forward time and again but all are LAME reasons. Im shooting them down one by one.

FOR GROWTH/MATURITY...much voiced reason but heck, after Tayong Dalawa, this is a MOOT point. Even during My Girl, they had already achieved it. Kim & Gerald have been maturing & growing in their EVERY project if only people would admit it. As the Kimerald, Kim & Gerald have successfully gained maturity & continous to grow WHILE BEING A TANDEM.

VARIETY/PARA DI PAGSAWAAN...more than 3 years as a loveteam, 3 successive number one soaps & a string of high ratings shows, fresh number of fans from around the world joining different Kimerald fan clubs and continuing CLAMOR for MORE of Kimerald...tell me, is this a sign of waning popularity? Why do people reacted so passionately when the Audrey character was killed off? It's not that Audrey was well-loved...no. It's because JR will be left behind and people wants to see a happy ending to their story. People want to see them TOGETHER.That's how much impact the Kimerald have on the viewers. The loveteam have transcended beyond the reel. That's how unique Kimerald is.

DEPTH & FURTHER LEARNING...Acting along with veteran cast in Tayong Dalawa. That alone is like going to an Acting Ivy League School. Kim and Gerald should be given a citation for having survived that acting experience. The two of them was able to hold their own and not eaten alive by those award winning actors & actresses. It was a once in a lifetime experience, a working workshop of the highest level and some people will reason out that Gerald will get something out of being paired with that B****? PHULEEZE.

BOX OFFICE EXPERIENCE...well, have any of the 3 movies Kimerald have starred in bombed at the tills? Of course not. They may not be huge box office successes but the film outfits got handsome PROFITS out of them. Imagine...not so beautiful story, low budgeted, minimal big names, moderately promoted and no international screenings and yet those films raked in millions. NO losses were incurred. The best part is despite the limitations I've listed, people went to watch the movies BECAUSE of the Kimerald. THAT is box office power. Nothing matters as long as it's the Kimerald that we are seeing on the big screen. what good a box office title will do to Gerald's or even Kim's career? Will it prevent fans from being hurt and desert them because of their agreeing to be paired with others when they know that it's the Kimerald tandem that we love and want to see?

I just wish that Kim & Gerald will not let themselves be fooled by the very people who are supposed to care for them. I just wish Kim & Gerald will realize that they are successful because of their tandem. I just wish that a paltry project is not a good barometer that tells one he or she can make it on his/her own. I just wish that everyone will realize maturity does not connotes doing daring & sexy roles/scenes, kissing different people & doing roles that does not go with one's age.

I just wish that KIMERALD will stay as sweet, lovable & kilig as they are right now & not be exploited by those heartless users who are like sharks circling their preys in the murky waters of local showbiz.

How DARE they do that to Kimerald...how dare they!

NEVER EVER...KIMERALD LANG

So, this is the price of seeing Kim & Gerald becoming more beautiful & handsome each passing day and greatly improving with their acting. The outcome is maraming naglalaway sa kanila. The consequence is everybody wants to be paired with them because both are good looking & very, very popular. I sincerely wish that they could have stayed the same as when they started in showbiz. THEN there were no threats of pairing them with others...they were out of range of the radars of the MALALANDI, USERS, ILUSYUNADAS & ILUSYUNADOS, shameful manipulators and primadonas (both male & female). Then I could have freely enjoyed savoring endless Kimerald moments.

Almost 6 months now Ive been doing every effort to never make a reality of the rumoured SG movie with Gerald. Each passing month, my hatred for this girl mushroomed until I cant even see her face anymore without wanting to smash it. If I had a heart condition, I would have been long dead by now. That's how much I HATE her.

Once she gets paired with Gerald, I'll cease to be an involved Kimerald fan...nasira na....it wouldn't be the same anymore...it's like seeing your father with another woman that is NOT your mother. OA na kung OA, possessive na kung possessive but my way of supporting Kimerald have helped them reach this far, achieve this much. You see, Im not a passive fan...Im an involved one & I know that there are countless of Kimerald fans who are like me. I hope ABS-CBN/Star Magic/Star Cinema will not gamble & put us to this test because time & again the Kimeralds have proven that what we say/threat, we really DO.

What is really her power? Why can't Star Magic say NO to her wishes. Instead, ABS/Star Magic/Star Cinema would rather see the Kimerald loveteam, one of their most popular, well-loved & bankable team up, get possibly ruined just to give what Sarah Geronimo wants...having the hot & yummy Gerald Anderson as her partner. And she continue to project a "clean" image. What a SHAM. I hope she will realize that INSISTING Gerald to be her partner will greatly damage Gerald's career & in effect Kim's & then be true to her "good girl" image and will TURN DOWN doing any project with Gerald EVER. Pagpantasyahan na lang niya ang picture ni Gerald sa Cosmo...ganun na rin yun kasi naman Kim already has a death grip on Gerald's heart. It's a laugh really when SG said na na threaten ang Kimeralds na baka agawin niya si Gerald from Kim. How arrogant Ms Geronimo...your slip is showing.

Go look for other leading men...LEAVE GERALD ALONE...HE IS FOR KIM ONLY!

The people only wants KIMERALD...and that's that.

TD Fans Day 9.18.09 - Cebu

Nung malaman ko merong TD fans day dito, syempre text galore mga possible maka attend sa mallshow. Ang hindi ko tantya is di na katulad sa mga dating mallshow na if 3pm ang show, 1pm kaunti pa ang tao. So plan akong pumunta ng 1pm pero nag text si Ate Belle (KL) ng 12pm na mahaba na daw ang pila so bigla akong napasugod at dumating sa venue ng almost 1pm. Ayun, nasa ika 4th na ikis ng line ako with kimgee who I met for the 1st time. Sa Cebu, buy lang ng greenbag (P35x2) para makapasok sa venue. Awa ng Dios, nakapasok kami mga 2pm...yung iba nakapasok na kasi sabi ko pag dumating sila sa venue, pila na lang sila at huwag na maghintayan. may 6 BAOs na hindi nakapasok kasi nahuli sa pagdating. Di naman kasi pwedeng bilhan mo in advance...ikaw talaga ang bibili para makapasok. Bonggang aawayin ka ng mga tao pag sumingit ka. Mabuti na lang at nagkaroon ng pagkakataon na magkatabi-tabi kaming mga KW,KL at Baos..United talaga at yung tarps ng each group, nakahilera. Syanga pala, habang nakapila kami, kunting usap-usap tungkol sa masamang plano. Alam ninyo ba na LAHAT ng mga nakarinig super agree na hindi dapat ipareha ang Kimerald kahit nino man. Peksman iyan. Yung kausap ko na older woman (in her 60s) galit na galit at ayaw na ayaw din niya...SOLID talaga ang Kimerald Cebu.

Sinasabi pa lang ang mga pangalan, malalaman mo na kung sino ang pinunta ng mga tao.Ang lakas ng sigawan nung sabihin ang name ni Gerald at Kim. Open ang venue but may roof pero mabibingi ka pa rin sa hiyawan. Mabuti nga at di masyadong late pinalabas ang mga artista. Unang lumabas si Jake at kumanta...meron ding sigawan. Tinaas namin ang 3 tarps ng sabay & after makita ni Jake, di na sya tumitingin sa banda namin e nasa gitna kami at unahan pa. Nung lumabas si Coco, mas malakas ang hiyawan kasi 1st time din siyang makita ng lahat. Medyo overwhelmed si Coco at behave. Hindi epal at hindi mayabang.

Nung tinawag na si Gerald, ayun na, nakakabingi na ang hiyawan. Yung mga tao sumugod na sa harapan.Syempre taas din namin ang 3 tarps. Laki ngiti ni Bisoy. Full force e at united pa. Paglabas ni Kim, ganun din. Ang mga tao hindi na magkamayaw. Pumatong na kami sa mga silya doon. Wala nang umupo until the end. Sa vids ni Ate Belle ninyo na lang panoorin yung mga kilig answers...take note lang na nandun sa harapan sina Twinkle at mga Tita ni Kim with their friends. May game with the 3 guys. Then sing sila at nagbigay ng roses sa crowd. Then sing din KG at Jake...in fairness, after siguro niya makita na Kimerald country ang Cebu, di na siya masyadong umi epal. Para ngang tini tease pa siya ng Kimerald lalo na ni Kim kasi halata sa mukha ni Jake na medyo ilang.

Tanong si kim about kanino gusto mapunta si Audrey? pagsabi niya ng dave, mga tao NO talaga at ako naman na nawala na sa matinong pag iisip habang nakatayo sa silya, nag thumbs down pa. Kaloka, nasa likod ni Kim si Biboy A at parang nakunan pa yata ako ng camera waaaaaaaaaaa. kitang kita ako kasi matangkad kaya ako at malaki pa waaaaaaaaaaaa sana hindi i broadcast. patay ako hahahaha anyway, nung pababa na sila, ang hubby todo alalay kay wifey...hindi kamay lang but buong arm ni Kim ang hinawakan hanggang makapasok sa loob ng van si Kim.

Yung 6 na BAOs na hindi nakapasok? Nagulat na lang ako nang may tumawag sa akin at paglingon ko, sina Jang at Drei nasa VIP side at may dalang rose. Ang ginawa daw nila is nung lumabas na si Ge yata ay inakyat nila ang railings ng backstage. Ayun, nakalapit sila sa stage kasi hindi na mapigilan ng guards ang crowd. Nabigyan sila ng rose ni Ge at nakakiss pa sila kay Ge waaaa.

Thank you sa mga nag reserve ng seats sa amin at mga nakasama ko sa show...the best kayo : Ate Belle, Nerissa, Jaymar, Michelle Anne, Kimgee (Yang), Derby, Jenny, etc. Sina Zyra at Jackie (mom ni Zy), Jang, Drei, Lola & friend at pati si John na di nakapasok...so sorry guys. Very unexpected na ganun kadami ang tao. Jang & Drei, pinaka swerte kayo hehehe...Im so happy for you.

A Glimpse of (Kimerald) HEAVEN

I saw a glimpse of heaven last night. I also proved that you cannot contain happiness. And I found out smiling without resting your facial muscles hurts like hell. But it was all worth it. All

these because of KIMERALD.

I saw a glimpse of heaven last night during the 'first night' scenes between JR & Audrey of the soap Tayong Dalawa. I thought Sept 4 - episode 163 was the fulfillment of my greatest wish...seeing JR & Audrey together. My ULTIMATE & pervent wish is for Kim Chiu & Gerald Anderson marrying each other for REAL. THAT would probably make me meet my Maker soonest but not before I personally attend their wedding. Wouldn't miss it for the world.

Lo & behold, TD people still got more up their sleeves...maybe making up to the Kimeralds who have been whining, complaining, demanding & bashing them for many months now, myself foremost doing these. After the wonderful 'wedding', TD served up the 'wedding reception' for Sept 7 - episode 164. Nice icing for the cake but wait, there's still more...the delicious, sexy, intimate but very WHOLESOME (imagine that) & done in good taste 'First Night' scenes. Lord help me, I screamed my head off & almost passed out from hyperventilation. I want to commit the scenes to memory & my eyes greedily ate it all up. Don't want to miss a thing. My eyes grew round with each clip I didn't realize I was blocking the tv screen until I heard complaints from my family. It was beautifully done, I could only congratulate Kim, Gerald & the TD people for those scenes. Splendid job. I wished though that they show more of those scenes. A DVD perhaps, behind-the-scenes & such? Please?

That episode deserves to get 50% plus ratings but then again this is a Kimerald show, forever & always belittled by the powers that be in local entertainment. But for fans like me, the Tayong Dalawa episode 163 & 164 plus 165 will forever be held dear in our hearts...the Kimerald scenes, I mean.

Episode 165 is going to be a big...no, HUGE bunos for the fans. Again, it's making up time & this 'Honeymoon' scenes were shot in Boracay (Sept 3 & 4, 2009?) reportedly at the most expensive suite of Discovery Shores. The wedding reception was in Hyatt Hotel & probably the 'first night' scenes too. At least this time around they spent more for Kimerald. After the profit generated by the Kimerald loveteam to ABS-CBN, I say its about time but still a long time coming.

I hope I will still be breathing come episode 165.

ABS, These are what I want to say to you

JR: Alam kong mali...asawa ni Audrey ang kapatid ko pero si Audrey ang rason kung bakit ako nagkakaroon ng lakas ng loob na lumaban at ipagpatuloy ang buhay. Isang ngiti lang ni Audrey, nakakalimutan kong lahat ng mga problema sa buhay ko. Kung ilalayo pa sya ni Dave, kanino at saan pa ako huhugot ng rason para makitang maganda pa rin ang bawat araw.

Belittling Kimerald?

It seems to me that there is an unconsious effort to downplay everything Kimerald had achieved, even belittling them. These are just some known & unknown facts which are most often unheralded. As a Kimerald Im mighty proud of them so im listing those I know of & remember.

2 teleseryes, Sana Maulit Muli & My Girl, na naging number one sa ratings but ang reference nito ay naging 'HIT' LANG. Kahit tinalo nito ang lahat ng karibal na shows nila, parang hindi notable yung naging achievement ng Kimerald. And showbiz people are notorious in acquiring convenient amnesia.

Ang IFFU sinasabi ng detractors ng KG na hindi daw kumita e tubong lugaw nga ang SC doon. Yung Cebu premiere, LIBRE ang ticket nun at wala pang ni isang international screening kahit sa Malaysia man lang. Coverage sa premiere night? Almost non-existent. Mas kino cover pa ng TVP ang bday celebration ng artista ng taga kabila na, veteran pa.

Yung SRRX na Kimerald ang binenta sa promo nun at naging Top 3 sa MMFF in terms of sales but wala akong nabasang nabigyan ng credit ang Kimerald dun.

3 straight years Guillermo awardee for Most Popular loveteam & those Pop Awards...relegated to a footnote ang mga facts na ito.

Yung Wowoweelympics, halos tabunan ng ibang walang kwentang issues at para bang takot i mention na nangyari yung Kimerald kilig moment.

Italy & Canada shows...meron bang balita about these outside the Kimerald threads?

The latest...Star Magic US tour...only artists who had a solo meet & greet for their fans. Info? Zip. The most applauded ang Kimerald. News about this? Nada. Same goes nung ASAP 08 Guam.

Other artists' UNSOLICITED praise of Kimerald like Lea Salonga stating Kimerald is her fave loveteam. How about the latest ones like Vilma Santos praising Kim & Christopher de Leon praising Gerald? Mabuti nga at nabalita pa but once is enough lang ang ginawa.

How about the Star Studio sales? Secret siguro ang fact na mabenta ito. Then you hear about a star who says nagpa re print pa daw ng mag na cover sya dahil mabenta & we know for a fact walang clear fans ang artistang ito.

Yung mag host si Kim sa isang important awards show noong baguhan pa sila ni Gerald wherein mega praise pa sa kanya ang KABILA dahil sa humility & professionalism ni Kim. Di pinapapansin at trinatong wala lang yun.

Even ngayon na ang TD laging panalo sa AGB, aba, dina divert pa. TD may have lost its credibility but bakit pinabayaan na mag top ang TD sa ratings nila e apat na shows na nila ang pinataob ng TD? Ayaw yata ipaalam na ganun kalakas ang Kimerald kahit sa AGB. Buti pa ang kabila sumirender yata sa powers ng KG. Kaya nga laking gulat ko nung bigyan ng credit ang Kimerald sa ASAP kaya kumita ang ABS ng 1 billion. Pero ang kapalit naman nun ay ang solo projects na kinasasama ng loob nating mga fans/viewers. Ayaw na yata nilang kumita ulit ng 1 billion.

The overwhelming number of endorsements ng Kimerald lalo na kay Kim...isang beses lang yata nabalita. Himala lang talaga kung ma feature sa TVPatrol na may press launch ang isang endorsement ng Kimerald kahit anong laki at tanyag pa ng brand.

Minsan lang bigyan ng coverage ang press previews or launches nila. Mabuti pa yung hindi mga sikat at taga kabila, pinapakita pa sa TVP ang signings or anong PR events ng hindi taga Star Magic.

Pinakamatipid yata sa gastos pagdating sa PR promo ang Kimerald. Labasan lang ng picture nila together o kaya magpalabas ng balita na may headline na Kimerald, kakagatin agad ng fans. Hindi na kailangang e hire yung mga INFLUENTIAL reporters para mamahala sa PR promo. Walang lokohan o pagsisinungaling na gagawin. Pagtabihin mo na lang ang Kimerald, yun na yun.

Sa ASAP na lang, kahit bahain pa natin ng emails para humingi ng prods na Kimerald lang, IGNORE mode sa kanila. Sorry na lang, ang purpose ng KG is para magamit sila para sa kapakanan ng iba. Di lang iyan, ginamit na sila para sa iba, mamaliitin pa. Kahit anong akyat ng Kimerald sa mataas na level, hihilahin nila pababa. Iba ang binibigyan nila ng importansya.

The latest show in New Jersey...I bet you everything I own that nary a whisper will be heard about its success nor can we read anything about it in the news. It's straight to the archives & be buried so deep one needs a backhoe to dig it up.

The recent Star Magic Ball...well, they have to mention Kimerald or else ma notice ng fans ang news blackout. But know also that the fans who watched the ball on livestream were demanding to see Kimerald almost the whole time. Another proof of Kimerald hunger.

These are just some that I remember....

Did we do the right thing?

So, Gerald's solo show got high ratings. It's unfortunate that the solids like me who boycotted the show have no meter on our tv sets. Before I proceed, let me say this that I will boycott Kim's solo project too...after all, Im a solid Kimerald.

With the high ratings of Ge's solo show, does this mean Gerald can now go on without Kim? Does this mean that the fans heeded Kim's (& Gerald's too) call to support the solo project? I know I did not heed it. More importantly, will ABS take us SERIOUSLY again?

For those who STILL did not get the reason of the 'solids', let me say it again...it's because we strongly suspect & oppose the AGENDA behind these SUDDEN solo projects. And I strongly feel that these solo projects will greatly damage the Kimerald tandem. The solids are not fighting for their REAL life relationship because we KNOW that everything is as pretty as roses on that score. Fact is, we don't even worry about it 'cause we know & believe that Kim & Gerald loves each other. Clear as crystal.

Im worried about their career's future. It's so easy to be blinded that they are given solo projects because they are that good already & these are the 'rewards' for their hard work. I wish it were but sadly the reality is ugly. They are given these 'solo' projects to ease the way of those who want to be paired with Kim & Gerald. So these solo projects are 'traps' beautifully packaged to fool the fans. With the high ratings of TA, some fans were hooked & reeled in effortlessly without them knowing it. I couldn't fault some of them because 'they' played up to the fan's affection for Gerald & ruthlessly used it against the fans. Pinaghirapan ni Gerald, kawawa naman if di susuportahan...And thus these 'spiders' told the fly to come into my parlor...tsk, tsk, tsk. Napasok ang fans sa bulsa ika nga.

But you know it's not only the fans who made TA a high rater...it's also with a little help from the competition. Yes siree. Impossible? Well, if you have a pure mind & heart you will not suspect but Im quite jaded with the ways of local showbiz merely by observation & a little analization. Those who will benefit in the breakup of the Kimerald tandem are the primary suspects. 'They' can be the rival networks, other star's management & fans & yes, even Gerald's fans themselves who wishes Kim gone from his life so they will have a farting chance with him....in their dreams.

After the success of TA, will we EVER get another Kimerald teleserye? The promised Kimerald movie? Even a Kimerald production in ASAP? Listen to the SILENCE of any Kimerald news. Listen to the current news that involves Kim or Gerald. Is Gerald groomed to be the next Leading Man? Will we now see a lot of Gerald kissing different leading ladies that he'll seem like a stud horse? Is Kim going to be paired up with so many other male 'starlets' she'll seem like a loose girl? Is this what they mean with achieving 'maturity', 'growth' & 'preparing for future roles'? ISN'T IT TOO EARLY FOR KIM & GERALD? For those who love Kim & Gerald, are we ready to see them that way?

Supposing lang hindi muna sila ipapareha kasi nga high rated ang TA so kaya na ni Gerald without Kim & Kim with her 'solo' role in the Gabby movie na im sure susuportahan din ng iba na kaya din nya. Both Kim & Gerald will be paired ng mga gahaman na managers sa mga alaga nila na wish makapareha sina Kim at Gerald. I have in mind 2 who are first in line & the REAL reason(s) behind the solo projects. After that, papaano na ang Kimerald? Matauhan na ba FINALLY ang lahat? Will we 'solids' say 'WE TOLD YOU SO'? After magamit ang Kimerald, will we pick up the pieces after we let them destroy the Kimerald loveteam? Paano if sa tagal ng paghihintay na maging Kimerald ulit sila, isa-isa mawawala ang mga Kimeralds? Madadala ba ng individual fans nila sina Kim & Gerald without the bigger Kimerald fan group? Will it be TOO LATE for Kimerald & us?

We already saw this happen to other loveteams destroyed for the sake of 'maturity', 'growth' & 'para maiba naman'. Loving Kim & Gerald as we do now, are we willing to let it happen to them? Is it enough to say na 'That's showbiz, that's life...nothing is permanent' when you KNOW you had a hand in destroying their careers by supporting the solo projects? How many times do we need to be reminded that its the KIMERALD LOVETEAM that is much loved by majority of their fans, it's the loveteam that made Kim & Gerald successful & it's the loveteam that SUSTAINS their star from shining brightly?

Buwagin ang Kimerald, ipareha sila sa iba & you effectively REMOVE the balakid sa pag usad ng careers ng ibang stars, matalo sa ratings ang kalabang network, sumikat ng bahagya pag pinareha kina Kim & Gerald, mabubuwag ang monopoly ng Kimerald sa endorsements, etc. These are the other aims for the 'solo' projects...the 'solo' projects that will bring Kim & Gerald down from their high perch now until they will be relegated as mere 'starlets' once again.

Im shunning their solo projects rather than see their stars dimming if the devious people behind these equally devious plans succeed. Personally I'll fight the inevitable. Surrendering to it is the way of the lames. Eventuality will come but don't hurry it along. Let's not make Kim & Gerald half-cooked calibred stars. They'll get there but let them be armed first. Let's give the veterans more time in the limelight. Foundations that are hurriedly placed will not hold up for long & will only tumble down at the slightest tremor.

REASONS WHY KG LOVETEAM MUST STAY INTACT

So many things had been done, so many opinions had been heard, words been spoken good and bad, so many written fights had already happened ALL BECAUSE OF OUR FIGHT TO KEEP THE LOVE TEAM OF KIM AND GERALD INTACT. I believe each group are doing their best they can, each one has their own way and agenda. We can e-mail a thousand times, we can be mad, we can be cool, we can request, we can demand. We can even go to the extent of putting our resistance on newspapers. We can go further by having a rally in front of ABS-CBN.

Yes, we can do all these yet we can only do us much. Whoever handles them still has the final decision. Can Kim and Gerald resist the projects given to them not together? Are they aware of what it may do to their career if they accept or not accept? We move, we speak, we write, we use our valued time, we spend money... ALL BECAUSE OF OUR LOVE FOR THEM... BUT IS IT WORTH IT... IS THIS LOVE TEAM WORTH FIGHTING FOR???? You, as a KimeRald fan can answer this question... what have they done to your life that made you love them, that makes you believe that keeping their love team is worth all the efforts. BECAUSE AT THIS POINT, I CAN ONLY SPEAK FOR MYSELF, as every one is entitled to. AND YES, FOR ME THIS LOVE TEAM IS WORTH FIGHTING FOR. WHY? ........

God is my ultimate hope, healing and hiding place, yet God put in this world instruments to help us... like our parents who are instruments of our existence, a doctor to help us heal our physical pain, church leaders to aid us in our spiritual needs, etc. The love team of Kim and Gerald is just one of the many instruments God has allowed us to have in this world. Their love team gives joy to my life. Out of so many stress I experience from day to day... this team makes me stress free, inspires me to write, bridges friendships, gives hope, makes me dream again, makes me feel that there is more to life than just work, makes me realize that there is a world out there and I am not alone. But most of all, my health... before I saw them on T.V. back in SMM days, I had a very bad heart problem, I was hospitalized for a long time and was in and out of the emergency room after that but this love team erased all that. Ever since I started paying attention to this perfect and beautiful love team, don't get sick, don't even know the sight of emergency room anymore and I thank God for creating them and making them as a team. I believe that everything happens for a reason. Because of all these, I believe I owed these two something and that something is the one giving me strength to fight for them. And why do I fight for the LOVE TEAM, why can't I just support their individual projects and go on. The reasons why are these, let me tell you.... everyday, I go to sites, read articles, listen to people, read and answer e-mails from different people. The following are just some of the sentiments from the fans all over... I read, hear and know:

1).... I love this love team only and I cannot watch them with other partners.......
2).... I cannot bear to see anyone of them be sweet with another partner........
3).... Why would I hurt myself watching them with other pair........
4).... For me, it's only Kimerald and no other, if not together, I will never support........
5).... I understand that they will separate sometime but not now........
6).... I want to see them together in more projects, with only one full length movie is not enough........
7).... I cannot concentrate in my studies because I always think of them teaming up with somebody else........
8).... I think of them even if I am driving and I cannot concentrate........
9).... I think I need a diversion and I am keeping an eye on these love teams in GMA (A/K and H/J) at least these love
teams won't hurt my feelings........
10).... I feel sick all the time not really knowing what ABS/SC is going to do with this love team, I think I better quit........

AND MUCH MORE.... ALL THESE COME OUT TO ONLY ONE CONCLUSION, THE FAN BASE OF KIM AND GERALD AS A LOVE TEAM WILL ONE BY ONE DISAPPEAR AND FIND SOMETHING THAT WILL GIVE JOY TO THEIR HEARTS. LET US ADMIT IT, THEM TOGETHER HAS THE LARGEST FAN BASE ALL OVER THE WORLD WHERE THERE ARE FILIPINO PEOPLE, THEIR INDIVIDUAL FOLLOWERS ARE NOT ENOUGH TO PUSH THEIR CAREER UP.... WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THEIR LOVE TEAM BREAKS.... THEIR RATING WILL GO DOWN... THEIR PROJECTS INDIVIDUALLY WILL HAVE LESS SUPPORTERS... FOR THEIR NETWORK, THEY ARE JUST PRODUCTS THAT SALES THE MOST NOW THAT THEY ARE TOGETHER, DIVIDED THE SALE WILL BE LOW... WILL THEIR NETWORK NOT DROP THEM? INSTEAD, THE NETWORK WILL GIVE THEM LESSER PROJECTS, THEIR ENDORSEMENT WILL BE AFFECTED, TOO. IT'S BUSINESS, THEY WILL CREATE AND MARKET A NEW PRODUCT THAT WILL GIVE THEM MORE PROFIT. YES, THE MANAGEMENT CAN BRING THEM BACK TOGETHER AGAIN....

THE QUESTION IS, ARE THE FANS STILL THERE, ARE THEIR BIGGEST FAN BASE GOING TO STAY WHILE THEIR SEPARATION ON SCREEN IS HURTING THEM. CHANCES ARE, THEIR GONE AND PERHAPS FOUND ANOTHER LOVE TEAM TO SUPPORT MAYBE IN ANOTHER NETWORK. IN REALITY, NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE LOVE SOMEONE... IF WE ARE HURT BY THAT SOMEONE, WE GO AWAY... SO, NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE LOVE KIM AND GERALD, THE FANS WILL SURELY GO AWAY IF THEIR LOVE TEAM WILL BE DISMANTLED, NOT THAT THESE TWO ARE THE ONES HURTING US, IT IS THEIR NETWORK AND THEIR ON SCREEN SEPARATION...KIM AND GERALD ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF IT AND IT IS THEIR CAREER THAT WILL SUFFER... IT'S A FACT WE HAVE TO FACE. AS OF NOW AND PERHAPS IN MANY MORE YEARS TO COME....THEIR LOVE TEAM IS DIRECTLY PARALLEL TO THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAREER AND IN US MUCH AS I HATE TO SAY OR EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.... TOGETHER THEY STAND, DIVIDED THEY FALL.

And these are the reasons why I fight for their love team to be intact for few years more because I do not want their individual career to suffer. They are connected in some ways beyond explanation, beyond our comprehension. It will break my heart to see them fall. Maybe, it is an exaggeration at some point but if they separate now, it is a very big risk they have to take, is it worth the risk. Once it happens, there is no turning back and for us the fans, it is the fact we have to face. So even if I stand alone, I will continue to fight for this love team to stay together because being together is their shield to stay on where they are right now...their present standing in the world of showbiz, they shine together and this radiates to their individual career. Win or lose, I will stand on my ground carrying with me countless prayers for these two wonderful and beautiful people. What about you... can you now answer this question....IS THIS LOVE TEAM WORTH FIGHTING FOR????

An appeal...to save the Kimerald loveteam

Alam ko lahat ng Kimeralds mahal na mahal sina Kim at Gerald. Walang mas nakakahigit ang pagmamahal na nadarama kundi pantay-pantay lahat. Sa pananaw lang tayo nagkakalayo, either may nakikita ang iba o di kaya mas intuitive lang ang iba. Yung magbo boycott na tulad ko at yung susuporta pa rin sa individual projects, pareho tayong lahat na kapakanan ng Kimerald ang iniisip.

Sa hindi magbo boycott...alam ko gusto lang ninyong suportahan sina Kim at Gerald, klaro yun.But dahil mas alam ko bakit ako magbo boycott, please allow me to elaborate why. I hope sa mga undecided makatulong & sa mga susuporta pa rin, huwag sana kayo magagalit sa akin. Unawa lang.

Ito kasi ang pananaw ko why magbo boycott ako sa individual projects. They are not all selfish reasons.I dont ask you to agree nor claim that Im right but I humbly ask you to listen.

1. I see these solo projects as a way to condition us in not seeing Kimerald together. That objective is clear as daylight. Prime example...different schedules in ASAP & prods that they are not together.Let me make this clear lang muna, I have nothing against sa mga co stars nila sa projects na ito pwera if may epal.

2. After masanay na tayo, madali na lang ipareha sila sa iba so wala nang hahadlang doon sa pagtatambal kay Gerald kay ____ . Gayon din kay Kim. Alam naman natin na marami talagang gustong makapareha nila si Kim. I still maintain na ang ugat sa lahat nang ito ay si ____.

3. Wala nang hadlang para sumikat ang iba. Gagamitin pa sina Kim at Gerald para sumikat sila.Sa observation ko, walang paki ang management kung uusad ang careers ng Kimerald. Hindi sila favorites so for favors to come their way, the fans have to demand for it for Kimerald. Kailangan pang pilitin ang ABS para i acknowledge ang worth ng Kimerald sa network. Look what happens now, if the network REALLY values the contribution of the Kimerald loveteam, they would preserve the loveteam & milk it until the last drop. Instead, they are frantically downplaying the Kimerald's achievements.If that's their way of treating their fellow Kapamilyas, I dread to think how they treat those who isn't.

4. Those solo projects dont have a big impact on Kim & Gerald's careers. Kim isn't the lead & Gerald have to share the billing with 3 others. Besides, these projects are not 'heavy' enough to merit such importance. Whether the movie will be a box office, the credit will not go to Kim same as if Gerald's episode will rate, I assure you they will not give all the credit to him. Rather they will use it against the Kimerald loveteam. In what way? a.) they will use the success of these solo projects as argument bakit hindi pa itatambal muli ang Kimerald at bakit ipapareha sila sa iba (daming nag uunahan na sa linya as we speak) & b.) ABS will not listen to us anymore. Bakit pa e susunod naman pala tayo sa anong gusto nilang mangyari. Sabi pa naman natin na iba tayo kesa ibang fan clubs.

5. Im afraid for their real life relationship as it is although since the beginning this aspect is the least of my concern kasi I LEARNED to trust their feelings for each other. Sure, I believe they love each other.Very vocal naman sila but you know what, those promotional gimmicks are like ACID. They can corrode even the sturdiest of faith. Time & distance away from each other will be a cause for concern too. Even na magka loveteam nga sila meron pang GAGs na ini impose sa kanila, how much more pag iba na ang kapareha nila? A very good example ay yung article na lumabas. Very early at puspusan na ang ginagawang gimmicks. Tayong mga alam kung anong totoo, walang problema. Paano yung nagbabasa lang ng dyaryo at walang access sa internet? Everybody counts pa naman. Remember too that there are good 'liars' who lords it over in the industry. They can make a lie the utter truth & the truth vitual lies.God save Kim & Gerald from them.

6. Ito ang kinakatakot ko...their earning aspect. Competition in showbiz is very, very stiff.The sad part is the fact that Kim & Gerald are very much on their own. Wala silang malalakas o influential na backer/manager/padrino/padrina. Virtual lambs in a lions' den. But they have their huge & strong following that's why they have gone this far in showbiz despite the above stated fact. Their followers are who the advertisers are courting dahil tayong mga fans ay consumers. That's the MAIN fact bakit inuulan ng endorsements sina Kim at Gerald. That's the reason too bakit maraming advertisers ang naglalagay ng mga ads nila sa Kimerald shows dahil alam nila na malaking market ang makukuha nila sa Kimerald...that's the viewers. Now, ang magiging result ng pagbuwag KAHIT panandalian lang sa Kimerald ay ang pagkawatak-watak ng fans nila o di kaya mababawasan ang mga fans nila. Sa tingin ninyo kukunin pa ng mga advertisers sina Kim at Gerald pag hindi na sila malakas sa tao? Business is business, where the crowd is, you go to sell your products.

So, pag ibo boycott natin ang mga solo projects & DEMAND na huwag ibuwag ang Kimerald at bigyan sila ng projects na sila ang magkapareha, mawawala ang lahat ng threat na ito & balik ang ligaya natin.Sa pag boycott, it will show management na we mean it na Kimerald Lang ang gusto natin. Hopefully they will realize their errors & will leave Kimerald alone & iba na lang ang guluhin.

Sometimes we have to make sacrifices for a good cause. Sacrifice Gerald's _____ & Kim's ______ to convince ABS/SC that we mean it when we say Kimerald Lang. The good cause is the continued success they will achieve with being Kimerald. If the boat is steady, there will be smooth sailing. Babayaran pa din naman sila ng network dahil trabaho yan. Ang dapat nating isipin ay if magiging katulad ba sa dami ang projects nila while being the Kimerald loveteam kesa if solo na sila. Im sure hindi kasi wala nang demands for Kimerald shows.Visibility in showbiz is key to success. People have such short memories kaya nga I prefer tv shows over movies for Kimerald.

For myself I am very vocal in saying boycott to their solo projects but my voice is much louder in emails in asking for 'Kimerald everything'. Boycott BUT couple it in with asking for Kimerald projects.

Please think about it. For the love.

KIMERALD...REAL Superstars!

The distinction of Real Superstars versus Network Superstars just came to my attention just recently in a poll conducted online. The site explained that REAL Superstars are those who have a REAL fan base, an army of supporters. These stars are really, truly & definitely 'SIKAT' & doesnt need BACKING in order to sell. Their shows' ratings are truly & legitimately high, the takes in the tills are from the fan's money and they seldom & most often never needs publicity to attract an audience. The people dont care about press releases by a star's PR team of how good they are, how beautiful or handsome they are or how great they are compared with other stars. The fans love them simply because they choose to love them without any prompting from anybody.

Now the Network Superstars are those stars that the network or their management made 'sikat'. These stars are often packaged with a specific target audience in mind. Some are even repackaged multiple times until they get the right formula. PR teams are engaged to make their star sell.The public is being bombarded with press releases of how good this star is, great acting talent, great singing voice etc & how much people love this star. They do this until the public is convinced that what they tell the public in their press releases about this star is true...even if it all are just in paper. These kind of stars usually creates clouts & have numerous backers or one big time backer. The wonder of press releases is they can create a larger than life FALSE image. Suddenly this star becomes big time with the public ignorant as to why the star is considered big time. The downside of the network superstars is they can be easily dropped by the network or management once the star is no longer useful to them. The fall of these stars usually cripples their careers because they have no true fan base. All are just publicity. Yes, they may have a following created by those press releases but usually they are very few in number.

With these two categories, I can safely say Kimerald belongs to the REAL Superstars. Why? Even when they were still inside the PBB house, they have attracted a huge following. And this following continues to grow even to this day. Because fans discovered Kimerald for themselves & not via press releases, their followers are loyal, solid & long lasting. They are the fans' choice to be admired without anyone's prompting. Proof of loyalty of the Kimerald's fans are the high ratings garnered by EVERY KIMERALD project since Kim & Gerald came out of PBB. Let me stress that...KIMERALD projects, not Kim's or Gerald's only. From the word go Kimerald is already loved by the public.

The unique thing about this is fans are loyal not to one individual but for a LOVETEAM. Clamor for projects is not for Kim or Gerald but for KIMERALD. Fans are happiest seeing Kim & Gerald together in a scene...even in only a tvc or billboard.

Sadly, it seems to us fans of the Kimerald that our wishes will get ignored. There are stars who wants to partake of the success Kim & Gerald achieved together as Kimerald. Those USERS are thinking that if they are being paired with Kim or Gerald, they will be loved by the public also. WRONG. It doesn't work that way. We love Kimerald ONLY. Kim & Gerald TOGETHER. Anybody else is unacceptable.

Why cant people work for their own success instead of stealing other people's hard work? I hope they will leave Kimerald alone.

The Kimerald virus (KG1 - Generic name= KIMERALD LANG)

I call this obsessive, intense & deep love for the Kimerald tandem the Kimerald virus. This is the only virus I dont mind having been inflected with and I hope will never have any cure.

The Kimerald virus started to enter my system as early as the night Kim Chiu & Gerald Anderson entered the PBB house...April 23, 2006. I felt the start of the virus when I felt the kilig attack whenever I see Kim & Gerald together for even momentarily. The following day, I knew the Kimerald virus in my system was already in the advance stage & I refused to be cured.

1. The inexplainable KILIG one feels whenever one sees Kim & Gerald together, be it in pictures,videos, shows, films & especially their candid moments.
2. The desire to see Gerald & Kim get married already although they are too young still but for you & when it comes to Kimerald, age does not matter & dapat NOW NA. One starts planning how manyChildren they would have together & TWINS is everyone's idea of the couple's first children.
3. If one sniffs a possible SAWSAW, one starts snarling like a mad dog. Woe to anyone who even thinks of coming between Gerald & Kim, its spells career death to those SAWSAWs once the Kimeralds is finished with them.Closed mindedness is a classic variety of this symptom. Its quite straight forward...Gerald isfor Kim & Kim is for Gerald.
4. The intense desire to see & meet them personally. This symptom has the tendency to make one freezeon the spot upon sighting Kim & Gerald, become tongue-tied, empty-headed & worst, become a good immitation of a retard especially when one starts to scream their heads off because of one'sexcitement in finally seeing Kimerald in person.
5. One learns to make impassioned posts, letters & emails that actually makes sense that if your English teacher in high school could read it, she will never would have fail you. A KG virus carrier also becomes a prolific writer, be it fanfic or amateur screenplay. One may amaze one's self once one reads their own 'Defense of Kimerald' piece. You just might give yoursel a Nobel Peace prize for excellence in defense writing. Good for you.
6. The activist in you will suddenly surface. You thought all your life you are timid but suddenly being HB (high blood) is a normal state, your constant use of strong words especially in emails to ABS bosses becomes loving words in your mind, you are ready to picket in front of the ABS-CBN compound holding up placards that says 'KIMERALD LANG ANG DAPAT MAGKAPAREHA SA LAHAT NG PROJECTS NILA' & you wont mind being shown on tv finally. BOYCOTT becomes your ready responce whenever you are displeased with ABS management.
7. The loss of the knowledge of the meanings of 'recession' & 'saving'. For Kimerald, nothing but the best & expensive. The sky is the limit. In this symptom, a KG virus carrier is quite powerful so ABS better beware.
8. Acquisition of quick eyes for details. No matter how obscured, unfocussed, blurry or tiny it is, those that are affected with the Kimerald virus miraculously becomes bionic women & men. Nothing escapes the eyes of the Kimerald virus carrier when it comes to every move, act, gesture or pose of the Kimerald towards each other. One would give the FBI a run for their money.
9. No matter what time of day or night (especially the US based KG virus carriers) a Kimerald guesting or show is shown, one does the effort to catch & watch them. One becomes conscious of the RATINGS so even if one's tv set doesnt have a meter, it doesnt matter. Once one is inflicted, one cant afford to bypass a Kimerald appearance or else your conscience will nag you no end.
10. The Kimerald virus carriers suddenly posses a strong sense of LOYALTY towards the Kimerald loveteam. If the strain of the virus in your system is strong, one's loyalty towards the Kimerald loveteam will never be shaken. For them, its Kimerald or no one. In short, Kimerald Lang today, tommorrow & for more years to come, possibly forever.

These are just a few of the most common symptoms. If one have even half of the above symptoms then you are possibly in the advance stage... stage 3 perhaps but if you posses all, then Im happy to inform you that you are already in stage 4 or a full blown Kimerald craziness.

I say welcome to the Kimerald Mental Hospital, where every patient is never given any cure of the Kimerald happiness, only huge dosses of furthering your craziness about them. Kimerald heaven is just one step ahead & that step is the Kimerald wedding where we will all live happily ever after.

What's new with Kimerald lately?

Ive been remiss lately with my blog. Let me rectify that.

First off, Im so happy with the Kimeralds turnout at the Star Magic US Tour. The Kimerald support was very visible. The 3 big groups were there to meet the Kimerald in the airport, with matching club shirts & colors. So many pictures with their own stories to tell. The most glaring is how much Kim & Gerald act like a REAL couple. Those who witnessed them around each other relates how Gerald always look after Kim like she's the most precious thing in the world for him. The pictures they took simply attest to this fact. For their departure, get this....Kim is the one who reportedly held gerald's passport because Gerald had to get his passport from Kim & she apparently took it our of her bag. Soooooo Kilig :)

For the fans turn out, from all the videos uploaded in youtube, one can easily decern who fans eagerly wants to see & that is the Kimerald. Never mind the leech who is quite thick-skinned. I laughed my head off upon hearing a comment from one video I viewed that goes something like this "bakit andiyan na naman ang isang yan. panira sa Kimerald moment" . lol, I so agree.

I guess Mr M & the other Star Magic staff couldn't be blind to the fact that Kimerald is very, very hot even in the US. And they sent out a message that is very clear : Kimerald Lang. Kimerald together in EVERY project Kim & Gerald do or else we will abandon ship.

And THAT is no lip service.

Probing things that confuses me

If nobody did this then I guess there are still decent people in showbiz.Looking at things, I believe this MAY have happened in the recent past. But hey, all of these are simply ideas that entered my mind due to my confusion. I dont state that all of these are true.

Let's make a situation...Im a producer who wants to build up my 'star'...I want my star to reach a certain status...bankable, extremely popular,& of course earn big buck for me & myself. The first thing I will do is promote my star. Intense & relentless PR. Once the idea that my 'star' is someone who have a potential to be somebody important by conditioning people to think that way, meaning napasok ko na sila sa bulsa, next level na.

My star can sing, dance & act relatively well.

Dance...I want everybody to think my star is that good a dancer.Ill put my star in a variety show where there's plenty of opportunity for people to see my star dance & I'll make sure my star will have plenty of opportunity. Numerous solo numbers.

Sing...The same thing with dancing I will do. Nowadays it's easy to get a gold record if you really want to have a gold record fast. One sponsor who can bulk buy is enough. No sweat,Gold record in 1 deal. I can make it platinum if I push hard. Concert in a big or small venue,no matter, it will be a full house. Same idea....bulk buy tickets. Advertisers will write if off to 'advertising expenses'.

Act....Give my star a movie (social relevant or not doesn't matter)...Conservatively, it can easily reach a ticket sales of P90 million maybe....P10 million from international screenings. Not bad...still a healthy profit. But Im ambitious...I want it to be declared a box office hit. Where to get the money? Hmmmm...of course, advertisers. These people spends hundreds of millions for advertising alone. Have to make a deal with those guys. The Deal? Bulk buy movie tickets.If one advertiser spend P20 million, Ill give them back P15 million & the P5 million will be'for placing an ad' in the movie credits PLUS free promotion everytime my star have an appearance during the duration of the promotion for the movie. It's a great deal & cheaper on the advertiser's part. Im aiming P100 million from these advertisers so I'll make a deal with 5 sponsors. Still, I get to earn, plus the movie will be insured to be a box office hit.

Nitpicking the Tayong Dalawa leads

Kim (Audrey) = Thumbs up acting for a quietly complicated role.

Here is a young woman in love with the right man but she is caught up between a rock and a hard place. While she doesn't love her childhood friend Dave anymore (the love she felt for Dave was based on misplaced gratitude on kindness shown), she was made to feel bound to their past friendship. Sound like blackmail to me. Audrey is strong but is made to temper it because of her love for family or maybe the limitation was placed in the script. Anyway, it isn't Audrey's fault that she is caught in between and contributes to the cause of the rift between the twin brothers. Great job in the fight with Greta. You showed her, girl. Now that's what Im talking about when I say Audrey is strong. She doesn't let anyone trample her down.

Gerald (JR) = Good job in perfectly playing a military man....and a guy in love.

Yes, Gerald played JR as brooding & 'nakakunot ang noo'. He has to because he is keeping his emotions in check. That's his attack on the role. JR is a military man after all. Tops in his class at PMA at that. Disciplined. As a man in uniform, JR (as well as Dave) is supposed to be non violent, calm in any situation, in control. A perfect soldier. Notice in his past scenes, no matter how provoked he was, JR maintained his cool, always respectful especially to women and even out of his uniform. This is why Gerald is effective because he knows how to use facial expressions to convey emotions even in silence plus he is consistent. We know that he is human too. JR is like a volcano that can erupt at any time especially with what is happening in his life. We can feel this because Gerald played JR since day one accordingly. In the May 5 episode, JR could have done more to Greta but we can see his struggle to keep himself in check. Always the Gentleman. Well done Gerald.

Jake (Dave) = In two minds with his acting.

I could be generous in saying he did a good job in acting like a psycho, an addict, a sinto-sinto & a spoiled brat all in the one scene. Sadly, his role called for a tortured victim so his acting was off with what was required of him. Dave is supposed to be a PMA grad & a military man like JR but Jake portrayed Dave as a whinny, selfish & disrespectful individual. Audrey was right, his only concern is himself, me & I. He blames anyone but himself & refuses to listen. Even if Audrey has repeatedly told him that she doesn't love him anymore, still he refuse to listen & continue his allussion that Audrey still love him. Good thing this is only a show because given Dave's violent tendencies, his doctors could have locked him up instead of giving him a clear bill of mental health. I would be very interested in knowing his military apttitude test rsult. Clearly dave wasn't properly healed but still he was pronounced fit for active military duty. Laughable as well as dangerous. And now that we know Dave is Marlene's son, I'm now thinking that maybe nakakahawa ang pagiging bipolar. I guess Dave is supposed to be selfish & in this area Jake does it perfectly. I wonder whose fault it is, the writers or Jake.

In my uneducated view, Kim & Gerald are following the directors' direction & understands their roles & portrays them accordingly while Jake is maybe improvising. Jake is maybe too enthusiastic with Tayong Dalawa being his first major lead role in a teleserye. talking about losing the translation of his character. But two thumbs up....no, two hands up & a bow for playing a very selfish man & for turning a bida role to a contrabida. Im not saying Jake is a bad actor. He is not but neither is he even moderately good. I have a very big problem with his attack on his role. It is way, way off. Im thinking he gets away with it what with his being alledgedly the 'favored' one.

I would die laughing if I see him holding up a statuette especially for his portrayal in this soap.

Kim is celebrating her 19th year on earth tomorrow, April 19.

For your birthday Kim, I wish that you will have all the good life can offr you. I wish you much happiness, success in your career & endeavors, good health always, emotional strenth (you need this in your world), great love (hopefully with Gerald Anderson), wealth, wisdom & healthy spiritual life. You are a good girl so you deserve all the good wishes coming your way on your birthday.

Thanks for (together with Gerald) making me happy & proud whenever I see you together. You & Gerald have all my support especially as the Kimerald team.
