Kim is beautiful inside & out. Nobody bad mouths her because she behaves impeccably. People who work with her or those who knew Kim are hard put to say anything bad about her. I have never heard accounts of Kim (or her mother for that matter) behaving badly with fans & acting primadona while projecting Ms Nice girl to the public. Some might try flinging mud at Kim but they wont stick because people know the truth about Kim. And she has tons of secret admirers...secret because they are afraid of Gerald & that's also the reason why many dont openly acknowledge they have a crush on Kim. At least they are not being forced to say Kim is beautiful...she really is.
Kim is thin...while many screams that she is too thin, my thinking is many secretly envy her of that...aminin...Yes, she is thin but not anorexic thin. More like model thin. Well, if you have that heavy a work load, you will get to be like Kim too....thin & rich.
Kim is sexy....my God, those long long slender & unblemished legs. I want one. And the way she dresses she always look so good. Kim has good taste in clothes anyway & thankfully does not wear out-of-this-world-i-think-she-is-an-alien clothes.
Kim is a Model sister...she sends her siblings to school & is the breadwinner of the family. She is very generous to them & works hard for them. She puts her siblings first before herself. She has no parents by her side. They used to ask help from their relatives but with Kim's dedication to her work, she is the perfect poster girl for 'rags to riches'.
Kim is Generous....Kim is very generous to others too, not just towards her siblings. Every Christmas since she entered showbiz & had money, she gives away bundles of goodies. Unbeknownst to all, she & Gerald visits Golden Acres during free times. During Ondoy, where was Kim? We saw her help out in the telethon but if not for Kris Aquino, we wouldn't know that she bought daily necessities from her own pocket & gave them to the victims of Ondoy. She even helped pack them. What's more, when Kim & Gerald heard of a colleague in dire straits, both doled out P50,000 each & silently handed the cash. The colleague didn't even ask them for assistance & was very surprised by the couple's generosity. We have never heard of Kim taking advantage of the coffers of a government office. I think if she will be approached by one, she will offer her services for free & NOT ask for exurbetant talent fee. That would be a big shame & worthy to be called in a Senate hearing.
Kim is Successful... Kim's successes are very much real. Let me tell you how much.
a. No padding of sales figures of her works. In fact, what others perceive as very high figures, I think there must be an unwritten rule somewhere that states that every Kimerald successes be labeled 'moderately successful'. They get away with it everytime cause Kimerald have NO influential backer or parents who objects. To date, 4 number One shows with Gerald but industry people are fond of undermining the Kimerald's successes & relegates them to mere hits. Kimerald's successes are not creations of their management because to me, their management is not doing enough for the Kimerald. If not for the fans' clamor, I doubt they would give projects to the Kimerald. They would rather spend the network's money on unsure projects & sure failure career resuscitation needing talents. Or destroy the Kimerald, their cash cow, for the sake of their favorites.
b. Popularity....Huge & REAL fan base which continues to grow daily & with each show she & Gerald Anderson do together. The Kimerald enjoys tremendous support from both local & global fans. If ABS-CBN makes 1 bad move that concerns the Kimerald, expect mass cutting off of TFC subscriptions. TFC subscription certainly increases whenever there is Kimerald in Primetime. I should know. I was able to organize a 775 capacity block screening for Paano na Kaya with funds courtesy of just 5 global Kimeralds & 225 tickets more from the rest. How's that for love & support.
c. Well attended shows without offering the public discounted or free entrance just to fill a venue. The Kimerald's shows both here & abroad are always overwhelmingly well attended. ANd both are not singers for that matter yet people brave long lines & bad weather just to watch Kimerald for even just 5 songs.
d. Advertisers vying for her to endorse their products without Star Magic making ligaw to sponsors to get her as endorser. In 2009, I think Kim had 26 endorsements but that number relegates her to just number 5(?) in the ranking of Advertiser's fave. Huh? That many but still lower ranked? The brands Kim endorses are top calibred too. Well, the survey creator is from the other network so its not so surprising.
Kim is talented...Kim's acting continues to improve & is starting to get her noticed. She sings fairly well & even had number 1 songs although she do not possess a golden voice. At least she wasn't announced the winner of a singing contest just because an influential judge wants her to be the winner. She can sing but not diva material hehehe. But Kim dances well. She is Kimposible anyway. Not only that, she is graceful too & I just love the lyrical dances Kim did with Gerald.
And most of all, ang pinagpuputok ng buche ng karamihan....Kim OWNS Gerald's love/heart. Bleh.
I want to stand as Kim's mother so that she wont be UNDERMINED all the time. I wish someone not necessarily a family member could stand up for her (& Gerald too). I wish there is someone who could step in & stop people from USING & taking advantage of the Kimerald to make their alagas sikat. I wish people would find their own ka-loveteam & make it in showbiz on their own without envolving either Kim or Gerald. I just wish industry people will leave Kimerald be so that the fans can enjoy the Kimerald for a very long time. I will never be ready or accept Kim & Gerald being paired with others. Never ever...& if that happens, it will be the end of the road for me. And I know to who I will place the blame.
